You can reserve medications and prescription foods by phone. Please let us know your preferred date and time. (If you wish to pick them up the next day, please make your reservation by noon.) For surgery reservations, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that there may be sudden changes to the appointment schedule, so we look forward to your visit after you have confirmed.

Notice regarding infectious disease control measures

To prevent infection, we are thoroughly ventilating and disinfecting the premises. Regular appointments are by reservation only (excluding cases of illness or emergencies) . New patients should make an appointment by phone in advance.

We are limiting the number of patients allowed to wait in the hospital waiting room to a minimum. During busy periods, you may be asked to present your patient registration card and wait in your car. Please inform the reception desk. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
